We build the tools we wished we had. Our first app grew out of ten years of real estate showings.

Garett Huber, Founder
Garett has been a realtor in Santa Rosa Beach for ten years, working mostly with buyers and focused on short-term rental properties. Vizsla Tech started with a problem from his own showing days: a stack of MLS sheets, a phone call to every listing agent for a code, and then standing at the door unable to find it. KeyCodeNavigator was the answer, and it turned out to be useful for everyone whose day runs on codes.
The company builds software the same way: start with a real problem, keep the product simple, and treat people's data with respect.

Been told your idea is too small, too odd, or too much trouble?
A lot of people with a good idea have already been turned away. Developers who did not want to take the time to understand it, quotes that made no sense, or someone who started and walked away halfway through. If that is where you are, we would like to hear the idea.
KeyCodeNavigator started the same way: a problem from real work that nobody had solved, built by the person who had it. We bring that to your project. We take the time to understand what you are picturing, we work on it as hard as we work on our own products, and we do not walk away when it gets complicated. And because we come from the work, not just from code, we look for ways to make the idea better while we build it, and tell you when we find one.
1. A conversation
Tell us the problem, who has it, and what you have tried. Thirty minutes, no charge, and an honest answer about whether software is the right fix.
2. A written scope and price
You get a plain-language description of what we would build, what it would cost, and how long it would take, before any work starts.
3. Build, launch, support
iPhone and iPad apps, web applications and the systems behind them, built in the open with you and supported after launch.
Your idea stays yours
- We sign a mutual NDA first. Before you share the details, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement that binds both sides. Ideas are the whole business, and we treat yours the way we would want ours treated.
- What we build for you belongs to you. Custom work is done under a written agreement that says so. We do not resell it, show it off, or build a copy for someone else.
- We only take on work we understand. If we cannot picture your problem clearly enough to build the right thing, we will say so rather than take the job. A no from us is free, and it comes fast.
A good fit: an app for your trade or your team, a tool your customers use, an internal system that replaces spreadsheets and texts, or a product you want to sell. We are based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and work with clients anywhere.
